      A great place, for starters, very low salaries.

      Pros

      Phenomenex is a great place to work if you are young and has a lot of passion for learning. The environment is very fun with great opportunities to express oneself. Managers are very fair, nice and good mentors.

      Cons

      If you are looking for career advancement or fair salary, Phenomenex is not the place. Employee incentive is very rarely monetary. Salaries are much lower than the average industry and raises are not given very often.

      Pros

      The only thing that can limit you at Phenomenex is yourself. There are so many opportunties and the company is opening new offices around the world every year. In addition to the best work environment (the offices are gorgeous), we have very unsual benefits such as a gym on site, sleeping room and paid time-off to participate in philanthropic efforts of your choice. Oh all the fun events (ski trips, river rafting, PhenOlympics)!

      Cons

      Phenomenex runs a lean, tight ship. Everyone cares so much about the company and its customers, that most employees work well over their scheduled hours. No one really asks you to work so much, it is just the culture.
