- Good earning potential on top of base/commission - Excellent place to get B2B sales skills - Great customer base and leads provided; territories are VERY WELL defined - They try really hard to make this a fun place to work and it shows - EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT and Ownership - Honest leadership

Cons

- Pay rate is not very competitive for this industry - Benefits are ok - No real individual focus on building sales skills; have to be a self-starter - Company needs to be able to compete in stockroom/accessories with Fisher, VWR, Sigma - More travel as inside rep would be great

Pros

Family like atmosphere in the workplace, Management talks and interacts with workers daily, help is there if needed, praise is given immediately, Management understands any and all problems you may have, vacationing is encouraged, does profit sharing, matches 401k,built in gym for employees, the work is fun and challenging.

Cons

sometimes the work can be very repetitive, thus becoming boring or stale, but this rarely happens if at all in the workplace.
