Pros

A family owned company atmosphere that spans down to individual vice-presidents and project managers. You are encouraged to get involved of all aspects of a project and challenged to make that project better than it looks on paper. Hard work is recognized, and voicing your opinion is accepted.

Cons

*As any big company with multiple projects, sometimes communications are lost. *Balancing life at home and on the road is difficult at times. *If you build a niche, sometimes it is hard to grow in the company, you have to stay on managers and vice presidents if you want to excel to something more. *There isn't any position that has a standard of training. Most training is OTJ and it differs from Division and Project Manager.

Pros

Had the latest Primavera Software, great new office setting in the Greensboro Area, local eateries, close to shopping, workout facilities, commute was not bad either 20 minutes all interstate.

Cons

where do I start; 1. Management at the Greensboro Office, belittled employees on a daily basis, no leadership, guidance or support if you had any issues with a schedule or project information 2. Worked late when projects were due, but did not tell you about it until an hour before and ask you to stay late, so if you had any plans you had to cancel 3. 90 Day Review, management "Page Riley"did not care, or take the review serious 4. Offer Letter stated an increase after 90 days, that was not honored by management 5. HR in Knoxville TN, no support for employee issues in the office 6. 5 employees left the Greensboro Office within a 3 month stand for treatment by management in the field and office. Other Than All Of The Above "A Great Place To Work" Don't know about the "career" opportunities when I was there for 5 months none of that was discussed? "Make Sure You Get Everything In Writing" Pertaining to your career path, 90 day salary increase, review, promotion, job responsibilities on a day to day basis Document All Pertinent Information Of What You Were Told, By Whom, Timeline, Outcome Just A Note: Do not know how any of the other offices treat there employees but I have been told some stories! Choose your career path wisely!!
