The family environment; honest feedback from management; opportunity to express candid feedback to management; availability of resources to assist when workflow becomes overwhelming.

Cons

There is opportunity for growth in the review process and employee engagement. The Human Resources team has recently implemented a process to encourage communication between management and associates during the annual review process. They are also undergoing discussions to implement more employee engagement activities.

P and J had large offices and a work out room.

Cons

There are a lot of employees so it is hard to have close working relations.
