The overall company is growing very fast and I admire the family ownership.

Cons

A few bad apples in the tree make it hard to keep good employees. You never know when you are losing a good employee with the turnover rate.

Incredible place to grow you career. I feel appreciated for the work that I do. Senior management leaders are very approachable and accessible. Everyone is open to new ideas.
