Didn't really have none management was priority and the working personal were treated with disrespectful comets

Cons

Disrespectful to drivers pushed you to get production at a unsafe way and don't provide suitable facilities for breaks and rest rooms only took care of management personnel

-Lots of room for growth -Travel opportunities -The company invests a lot of trust and autonomy in you to make your own decisions

Cons

The only downfall of so many project sites is that sometimes the managers are on the road and often hard to get in touch with. Some things need approved and that ends up being delayed with the managers out on the road so much.
