It is a great environment to work in. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. As an intern, I am not just doing busy work, but I am actually doing projects with the company and I feel as if I will learn a great amount with P&J.

Cons

Company is growing extremely fast so everything is very fast paced.

The environment is great. Being able to interact with our team members all across the US and learn about all of our jobs is really neat. Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done when timeline are tight and demands are high. It's a great place to work if you are looking for a challenging career with growth opportunity. I have to mention the Christmas baskets! They are amazing.

Cons

The construction industry can be fast paced. You have to learn to adapt and prioritize your tasks. I work well in this type of environment as it pushes me to stay organized.
