Good people, bad fiscal management

Good people working hard to take care of the community & surrounding counties.

Cons

Penny wise & pound foolish fiscal decisions leading to severe understaffing. Paying ungodly salaries to Agency RN’s while staff nurses leave in droves for better pay elsewhere. Unsafe patient ratios. Even with the high wages, amongst travel RNs, Phoebe has a terrible reputation.

Pros

Newer outside the area employees bring new ideas and are inclusive of others. Many that have been there for a long time are also inclusive. The new administration is doing a fantastic job of innovation.

Cons

There is a group of individuals who do not like the "outsiders" coming in. There are bullies and individuals who made a career of being on the take. Anyone who tries to change or address the issues is attacked and ganged up on.
