Pros
For the most part, they are flexible around college kid's schedules, there are good staff dynamics as everyone is about the same age, and overall it is a beautifully kept zoo. Be sure to take advantage of the early shifts and walk the empty zoo for the best sightings of often hard to see animals.
Cons
Upper management is a disaster. There are combatant and unpleasant personalities among those in charge. It seems as though there are no real requirements for being in management other than having years with the organization. Can't say there's a whole lot of real leading going on...more like haphazard "winging it."
