Pros

Working at a zoo with people passionate about animals, 401k match, flexible schedule. Lots of opportunity to advance and find other openings in different departments including animal care.

Cons

Wages are on the lower end, have to start as seasonal employee although permanent positions are offered based on availability and work ethic. Summer gets very hot.
