Pros

Phorest has quite a small engineering team which is really great for a developer as you can get involved in all aspects of product development from being involved in initial feature design, right down to deployments and monitoring. There are no strict policies on technologies / processes, it is left up to the team to decide on what they think is best for the product. Phorest encourage learning on the job, giving developers training, providing books, access to conferences and encouraging developers to be involved in local meetups. There is no micro managing at Phorest but there is always support and guidance from team members. Overall Phorest is a great company to work for!

Pros

Amazing company culture, really nice office in an super city center location with really exciting career development opportunities. The atmosphere in Phorest is super relaxed and really fun. Its very refreshing working in a sales role where you are allowed to do your job without being micro-managed and bombarded with KPI's. The best career move I have ever made was moving to Phorest.

Really can not think of any.

A place where I have been given the opportunity to develop

Pros

- Great team of people who really care about company and especially its customers - Easy going but high performing workplace which I like - I've been promoted multiple times - Company is growing fast so lots of new opportunities popping up - Management seem intent on building a great culture

Cons

The working hours used to be a bit long at 9-6 - especially for frontline staff like support but that was changed to 9-5.30 this year
