I love the company culture and atmosphere in the building, everyone working here is so different yet the same, it’s hard to describe but as a team, it just works! You are given so much opportunity to grow and develop in Phorest - If you have an idea or want to try something new you will be given the autonomy to run with it. I think the absence of micro-management empowers and encourages everyone to embrace the company values, strive wholeheartedly towards shared goals and targets and be accountable for their own actions

I never dread going into work no matter how busy it is going to be or if I'm having a bad day because when I get in there is always such a great atmosphere that I forget about everything else and just enjoy the work and experience! There is a huge team effort and you feel like part of a family. There is always a sense of responsibility when working which is great because you feel like you are trusted and a big part of the company and you are always appreciated for your work.
