Phorest- A Wonderful Place to Grow.

Pros

Phorest is truly a great place to work. I've worked here for over 5 years now, and I've been given lots of opportunities to grow. Never once did I ever regret it. Everyone, CEO included, is very approachable. I work in the Product Team and I'm happy to go to work everyday, as you feel you are impacting a company that is growing at ferocious rate. I firmly believe a business gets the employees it deserves. I've never come across such camaraderie, and a willingness to succeed.

Cons

None. Zilch. You work hard and you get rewarded.. What's not to love?

Pros

Phorest Salon Software is a great place to work if you are looking for a relaxed office environment. There is always music playing, the dress code errs on the side of casual and breaks are taken at your own discretion. As a full-time student, this freedom was welcome and refreshing. The open-book management is reassuring and I was given multiple opportunities to speak with the CEO, this was something I was unable to do during my other internships. I was also given the opportunity to do two different personality tests and both were scarily accurate and helped me learn more about myself. Overall it's very exciting to be a part of a modern, growing company.

Cons

Most of the tasks I was given were not particularly exciting however even these were broken up with more creative opportunities

- Great positivity and culture with a real feeling that everyone is pulling in the same direction. - It seems every week something different and exciting is happening. If you like this environment and are willing to show your worth there are great opportunities to progress at Phorest. - New ideas are welcomed and encouraged. - Senior Management very approachable and friendly

Cons

- Few benefits included in package especially compared to other companies in same industry.
