Pros

Everyone at Phorest is given the opportunity to take actual ownership of their role. Everybody is responsible for something, it is up to the person on how far they want to run with that. Phorest believe in giving people the chance to be the best they can be and will help you all they can on that journey. There's a brilliant culture and the people are great and very helpful. I love working here, you do feel you are part of something special.

Cons

Sometimes working until 6pm does cut into your home life as it can be late getting home (particularly in winter) It would be nice to have the option of getting home that little bit earlier from time to time.

Pros

-Phorest have created a fantastic work culture that focuses on the strengths of it's employees. -There is a positive attitude that courses throughout the company, ensuring that the staff are happy as well as productive. - New ideas and creativity is celebrated at Phorest. If you can prove that an idea works, then you are given the opportunity to implement it. It's the type of company that you actually look forward to going into after a weekend off. And there aren't many businesses that can have that said about them!

Cons

The rigid 9am-6pm schedule could be lessened a bit. Maybe when they we're starting out, a long day's work was vital. However, it does seem to be a bit unnecessary now. The starting pay isn't the best. However, through hard-work and enthusiasm, an employee can see their efforts rewarded financially.

Pros

Huge opportunity for growth, excellent working environment, amazing working culture in Phorest. New ideas are extremely welcome and often implemented. If you are willing to work hard you will go far.

Cons

The working hours are 9 - 6 and are not very flexible, different departments may benefit by starting the work day before the rest of the office arrive.
