Pros
The company is growing quite fast so there's a lot of new faces and new things happening all the time. It's a buzz trying to keep up with new demands & situations. It's a nice place to work, people are reasonable and the work is interesting. There's a positive, can-do attitude and plenty of good people who are committed to doing their best. Phorest's customers are really appreciative of staff going the extra mile so this makes it a nicer place to work as there's often good feedback coming in from clients.
Cons
There can be some organised chaos in managing the growth but it's a symptom of a good problem to have.
