Pros

It’s a very forward-thinking company that stays on the cutting edge of the industry technology and puts out a good product. Good benefits. Good teammates. Unlimited overtime if you want it.

Cons

Pay is below average for the position. It’s a lot of work and the stress of constant deadlines can wear on you.

Pros

Very few benefits a plus but not much else.

Cons

Company says they are a team and they help each other to give the best service this is FALSE! on many occasions they overloaded me with projects with unrealistic time frames then when I ask for help I get told to " figure it out" which lead to extended work times and working weekends away from family. This company is very promote you buddy system all the leadership have get together's on several occasions with company money and don't include the others to make them feel like a team. Training was very limited and non existent.

Thank you for your comments. We are committed to promoting an ethical, transparent and collaborative environment for all of our employees, so we are clearly disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but I would also like to address your specific concerns. We are sorry that you perceived your experience while employed at Pierson Wireless as not having the support of the team around you to complete your assigned projects. We do want to build a team atmosphere with everyone included and will continue to work to improve on this in all aspects so others don’t experience the same. We also strive to be inclusive with all team members and not to show favoritism to any certain individuals. Training is also an area that we are focused on enhancing within all our departments and wish our current training practices had benefited you more during your time here. Again, thank you for sharing your experience. We are always striving to improve, so we genuinely appreciate your feedback.
