Pros

Good benefits. Home on weekends (unless emergency) // OVERTIME // Health, Dental, Vision provided for employee at no cost (only have to pay if you add family members).

Cons

Weak hourly compensation. No leadership // No accountability for the supposed leadership ( This varies dramatically from region to region) Some markets are great, and others are like working at Apple in China (without the suicide nets).

Thank you for your comments. Pierson Wireless strives to be the best company we can and wish that your experience and perception of these aforementioned topics were different. We appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative and evaluate accordingly to continue to make the necessary changes and improvements to continue to move the company forward in the right direction. We continually evaluate our leadership teams and want to put the best performers in the right positions to support and lead the company. We always look to develop and adjust our processes and work-flows to best support our team and customers, as we know there is always room for improvement. Starting pay at Pierson Wireless is commensurate with experience. In addition to standard benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k match, paid phone/computer, paid holidays/vacation), we also provide paid lunch for all employees (hourly employees are not required to clock out), which effectively compensates hourly employees for up to 5 hours of paid time each week for meal breaks. Paid meal time also counts toward weekly overtime calculations and paid time off accumulation. We believe that our overall compensation package is very competitive with other similarly-situated telecommunications contractors. Again, thank you for sharing your experience. We are always striving to improve, so we genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Not a one i can think of.

Cons

Company is built from best friends. They treat their employees like dirt. No on board training or guidance. The managers micro manage employees and have no idea how to give direction. Work here if you like little pay and crappy management.
