Great company in an ever expanding and developing industry that allows for learning new technologies and processes. The company arrangement creates a tight knit team that helps everyone get the job done to the highest standard and promotes learning new skills, abilities, and knowledge.

Cons

Competitiveness of the market and efficiency of the team sizes leads to putting in more than a bare minimum 8-5 during the work week.

Cons

Certain times are harder to maintain a good "work/life balance"; when things get busy work tends to follow you home.

Supportive co-workers/management On the job training Great benefits (paid health/dental/life insurance, 401k match, paid travel expenses) Paid vacation/holidays Almost no weekend travel/work

Cons

Occasionally there can be communication issues that arise between field employees and office employees. Usually co-workers are very responsive to email, but it can be challenging if they are not.
