Still keeping some benefits Transparency (although is changing due to restructuring) Values and Culture Safety

Cons

After restructuring programme which laid off 3500 people, corporate environment has become difficult to work with lack of responsibility definition and bigger workload. Big Debt (3.5 bi $) and financial situation will keep bonus away for a few years Big pressure for cost reduction without reward

NSG group (former Pilkington Group is great place to get experience in place with high standards.

Cons

Generally there is no cons except salary, for region - Sandomierz, was pretty good but for IT sector is too low.
