Pros

Great opportunity to build the resume.

Cons

Turnover. Everyone leaves for better paying gigs with better bosses in better locations. Militaristic supervisors who are psychologically abusive. Engaging in critical thinking is interpreted as engaging in insubordination. You are forced to use accrued vacation time if you want to have life events that conflict with whatever schedule you randomly receive.

Pros

there are no pros for this company.

Cons

poor management lots of favoritism and sweeping things under the rug more worried about getting people to work than their actual safety and well-being low morale firing of good employees rewarding people for producing numbers but not actually doing work favoritism and more favoritism supervisor has 2 sisters working for her who can do as they please...and a close friend who misses weeks of work at a time but expects other employees to come to work same day after surgery. lack of professionalism overall in the entire building since the time i left, 90% of the people i was working with have left or been fired. not allowed to talk or laugh your bathroom breaks are timed and written down everytime you get up from your seat, youre timed.

Pros

Healthcare/ 401/ Vacation days are decent

Cons

Would not recommend!!! Place is very disorganized. Promoting uneducated managers to hirer positions is not key to improve the business. Skilled professional managers were eliminated and not replaced with knowledgeable industry related management. A few employees have changed depts or positions with no experience. Sadly, positions were not posted for other experienced employees to apply. Salaries are not consistent. A few newer employees are making more or close to others employed for years doing the same job. Raises/ promotions were only given to a few employees not across the board to all in operations. Is this a way to boost morale and give 100 percent?
