Pros

Great benefits, good entry level job. Facilities works very hard to make the office space welcoming.

Cons

There is a large pattern of retaliation by management if you speak out and HR often does not follow up with whistleblowers. The burn out is awful and morale while I was there was incredibly low. Salary increases are incredibly difficult to get unless you are promoted. RTO was done with little thought about employees and was designed to prompt people to quit. The office can be quite loud, so RTO is especially difficult for those who are neurodivergent. Leadership frankly did not take any of these things into consideration and it's a shame to watch a once great place to work at slip so quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re glad to hear you valued the benefits and the efforts made to create a welcoming workplace. Allegations of retaliation, lack of follow‑up, or burnout are serious and not aligned with our values. We do not tolerate retaliation in any form, and we expect employee concerns, especially those raised in good faith, to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. While we may not agree with every characterization, we appreciate this perspective and continue to reflect on feedback like this as we work to lead more consistently, thoughtfully, and fairly. We wish you the best in your next opportunity.
