Pros

Only real upside here is the potentially lucrative commission structure, and the fact that it is a strong product.

Cons

Leadership seems to strongly favor tenured reps, & leads are distributed via an extremely opaque process. Prospecting rules make it certain that any priority account-type has been inundated with outreach from reps for as long as they’ve been in the CRM. Also, Sales requires 5 days a week in-office, which is virtually unheard of in any industry at this point. Never got the impression that they value their employees all that much.

Pros

- Great people - the individual contributors and low level managers are awesome - Fun work environment - Great product

Cons

- Employees are burnt out at all times, over-worked and underpaid - Extremely micro-managey management - Watched top performers out-perform for quarters and the moment their work falls below "out performing", they are placed on a performance plan - Fire & manage-out great employees - Remote work is not widely accepted - Intense interview process - Fratty culture
