Pros

Decent healthcare, fun company events, and well-supplied office.

Cons

The company is going through significant changes, including a mandatory 5-day in-office policy, layoffs, and reconsideration of major events like the Christmas party. As a result, many great employees have left, and the overall company culture and values are declining.

Pros

- good pay - compensations are great compared to the overall market - great people - seem to find talent that gels well most of the time - some pretty good benefits

Cons

- morale in the London office is very low - currently growing at a slower pace than historically, so sales staff is under a lot of pressure. - insistent on bringing everyone in the office 5 days a week to increase team cohesion and collaboration. No exceptions can be made, even when staff have genuine reasons or have been here for many years.

Pros

Strong employee benefits, including a very good gym membership offering through Wellhub. Competitive compensation structure and historically strong earning potential in sales roles. Exposure to high-quality private market data and well-known clients across PE, VC, IB and corporates. High-performance culture that can accelerate learning, particularly in earlier stages of tenure.

Cons

The company culture has changed significantly over the past two years, particularly toward the end of 2025 and into 2026. A sudden round of layoffs (around 16 people) occurred with little prior communication, which impacted morale and trust internally. Many high-performing and experienced sales reps have left the business, leading to a noticeable shift in team dynamics. The organisation feels increasingly corporate and process-heavy compared to its earlier, more entrepreneurial culture. Some employees may feel uncertain about long-term direction and stability

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the benefits, learning opportunities and exposure to our industry. Periods of change, including role adjustments and workforce decisions, can be disruptive and understandably impact morale. While we may not agree with every characterization, we are thoughtful about how change is communicated and remain focused on building a sustainable, long term business.
