Poor management which leads to fear and uncertainty. Executives are out of touch with the company and clients. Management is inconsistent, with employees either micromanaged or left to their own devices. Frequent restructuring and changes in management make it impossible to know to know to report to or how to do your job. Do what you think is best because it will change anyways. Sales and renewals are down, so the company is cutting costs everywhere they can. This means higher workloads for employees with out any additional help. The constant fear of more layoffs is taking a huge toll on morale. This is a toxic environment that is not sustainable. Dark days…
