The sentiment is negative, colleagues are worried, their is a sense of panic on job security. We have had alot of changes in less than 6 months, and none of those changes have paid out, its like playing musical chairs everyday in office, and if you are the one holding the bag, too bad, your days are numbered here. Management is clueless in new business division, they have demoted certain people and managers too, business is not picking up as they had envisioned, the AMs are clueless and generally the sentiment is 'quit' or else you'd be shown the door... There are 2 MDs in the sales division, but across 3 years, I haven't been able to understand what their roles are, so much overlap in their work, and yet our dear Paul S, CRO can't see the huge cost and business liability these MDs are!! Hush hush, oops I said it.

Atmosphere and culture has changed significantly for the worse. Company and leadership can’t seem to decide on target and rules/procedures to follow to get there because there’s a change every month that could impact abilities to hit quota’s. Change management is really bad. WFH policy is ludicrous and outdated. Some teams have flexibility, some don’t. Despite numerous points of feedback and requests to bring in company-wide WFH flexibility, management just refuse.
