Free food (given by Morningstar, so no pros of working at Pitchbook)

Cons

The entire company is a sham. Won't be in business for too long if the employees keep quitting at the rate that they currently do. Less of a "private equity" business, and more of a "white collar data entry job"

Pros

Since being acquired by Morningstar, and me moving from Morningstar to Pitchbook, I've seen quite a good change of culture. It went from being an annoying micromanagement culture to Morningstar's beautiful and open culture.

Cons

The work is hectic because of the strange management methods. Most managment individuals do not know what will work best to resolve backlogs whatsoever.
