Pros

Nice view of the sound. Cool workspace.

Cons

Workers are worried about being fired for random reasons. It is hard to focus when senior management changes direction constantly. Bonus program is hit or miss and makes no sense. Favoritism is the only way to get promoted.

Pros

The people you meet there are great and you get some solid sales experience in a profitable industry Seems like other departments have a great culture and team attitude.

Cons

Leadership has been abysmal since the department reorg - comp restructures on the AE side seem OK visually, but slashing associate commission + not raising base pay, despite team performance last year, and expecting people to be ok with that is ridiculous. Multiple prior colleagues have proven that you can take the skills you learn here and upgrade to a better BD role at a PE shop, holding company or other SaaS orgs.
