      Pros

      Interesting company to work for. Learned a decent amount.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. Too young to understand wants and needs,. Staff is highly immature.

      Low salaries don't attract top talent

      Pros

      -Great team and coworkers -Solid product -Solid training program which instills thorough knowledge of the VC/PE landscape

      Cons

      -Pay is WELL below other companies in Seattle so they only target people fresh out of college who stay for 1-2 years then are qualified for better jobs -Recent college grads aren't qualified to talk to the sales prospects they reach out to on the phone
