      Pros

      The people who work here are amazing. Everyone is eager to bring something to the table and show what they can do. It is definitely a work hard play hard environment which makes this company so much fun. If you are a driven person who wants to be a part of something big I would definitely recommend working here.

      Cons

      If you consider working on the waters edge with a spectacular view, awesome people and Ivars just down the road as bad things, I don't recommend you working here.

      Fun company culture, rapidly growing business, potential IPO in the future

      Cons

      You are asked to time all of your projects and this ends up being a benchmark for all similar projects. Lots of mistakes in the database due to more focus on speed than validity.

      Product Great Smart, energetic, motivated, aspiring young environment

      Cons

      CEO and HR unprofessional EEOC and labor issues violated Favoritism and growth potential a lie NO work life balance, benefits and perks minimal there is a test given to all applicants and they base hires off it as well as viewing social media and internet searches on candidates and making a determination off of what they see or don't see ( if you are not at least good looking don't expect to get hired)
