Regarding performance management, we do have high expectations for our employees, and we strive to provide a consistent and fair process when it comes to coaching and reviewing employee performance. It is false to claim “everyone” was put on a PIP. I encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner directly with additional feedback and clarify the process around performance management on the sales team.

      -Product sells itself -Very very good people -some great perks -Great company and well known -if you are good you will get promoted incredibly fast and can make serious money

      Cons

      -Role is not what it seems. Tons of outbound work and they will not tell you that. -Treat you like children -Not being able to work from home is going to cause people to quit -Very low base salary compared to market
