      -Small enough to see your direct contributions -Opportunities to try new areas/departments -Really fun work environment -Friendly, smart, driven coworkers -Openness and encouragement to identify an arena in which you'd like to lead, make a business case and go for it -Leadership is actively investing in employees, supporting engagement programs, enrichment and training opportunities and building out learning and development teams

      -Remote work is not a part of the culture - depending on the department it is 0-2 days working from home -Comp is lower than most tech companies, equity options limited -Managers are younger, likely came from within, still working through the challenges that come with a maturing senior leadership team

      Good product, fun co-workers, free beer.

      Cons

      Compensation was audaciously low for most and was constantly on everyone’s mind. Opportunities for growth are very slim and there are no development programs in place to train tenured employees for cross-department moves. Extremely political company where a bunch of non-technicals are vying for a few technical folks attention.
