We are glad to hear that you think we have fun, talented people working at PitchBook along with a market-leading product and that you are aware of our dedicated efforts on the DE&I front. We’ve made great strides in promoting a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace and continue to work toward the key performance indicators we’ve identified in partnership with an outside consulting firm and our own employees. DE&I is a marathon, not a sprint and we’re committed to making progress in this area for the long term. With respect to your comment on our leadership being “straight, white and male,” we disagree. We have many talented and dedicated female leaders across our organization. We plan to continue investing in programs that help employees advance in their careers so we can become an even more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
