The team's professional, but most people also have a great sense of humor, which keeps the mood light. There's competition, of course, but that doesn't mean coworkers will refuse to help you if you ask. I appreciate management's transparency with regard to targets and overall expectations. The analytics tools provided make it easier to track and close deals.

Cons

I don't know about others, but I sometimes find the pace too fast.
