This is a place for people who like to build things and see results. The focus is on winning new business in the CTV and mobile ad space, and you get the tools and support to do it. The compensation package is strong, which really motivates you to go after those big strategic deals. I appreciate that our health insurance premiums are fully covered. We also have unlimited time off, which they actually encourage you to use.

Cons

The expectations are high, so you need to have a strong motivation to succeed.
