I've acquired a lot of skills in contract negotiations and privacy compliance. The work is interesting – you don’t do the same thing over and over again. There’s a good level of team collaboration – product, finance, leadership, and engineering teams are willing to share ideas and feedback. Employees get fully covered health insurance, unlimited PTO, and hybrid work flexibility.

Cons

It’s not for everyone because it requires constant learning.

Cons

The workload became overwhelming because expectations changed without warning and documentation was almost nonexistent. Communication between teams was patchy, leaving employees guessing what needed to be delivered. Instead of setting clear processes, leadership pushed for rapid results while ignoring the basic support employees needed to get there. It felt like trying to build stability on shifting ground.
