Interesting industry and company with an international presence. Really bright colleagues (I think almost everyone here has a PhD) but grounded enough to work well together. Impressive tech stack. Getting better at AI as I pick up new strategies and techniques. Feels good to have a say in product development decisions.

You can pick up a few technical skills here that might help you later, but that's the only silver lining in this miserable place.

Cons

The pressure from the endless quotas was unbearable. During slow periods, the goals became impossible. The leadership couldn’t care less about the toll it took on people—they just kept piling on the demands without a single thought for our well-being. It was pure madness. The stress was relentless and any hope for a healthy work-life balance was completely destroyed.
