They Lie Blatantly About Fixing the Processes

I am naturally optimistic, yet even with that outlook, I cannot think of a single thing that made working here worthwhile.

Cons

The processes are broken, inefficient, and make daily work a nightmare. Leadership is arrogant and deceitful, pretending fixes are coming while doing nothing. Employees are left frustrated, drained, and betrayed by leaders who thrive on dishonesty.
