Pros

This company honestly cares about its people, and its users. It's a very diverse environment; we celebrate each other for our differences as well as our commonalities. There is little to no drama on the floor; it's a stark contrast to other companies I've worked for where there is constant backstabbing or gossip. Everyone I've come in contact with is professional, open, and courteous. I feel very comfortable working here and excited about our future.

Cons

The office temperature can be a bit chilly in the winter. Bring your sweater!

Pros

Friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment. Lots of genuine care for the team and product. Real concern for everyone at the studio's well-being as people and not just workers.

Cons

Parking is limited at the office. Catered lunch only on Mondays.

Pros

Working at Pixelberry is, hands down, the single best job I've ever had. An outstandingly positive atmosphere, working with some of the most talented people in the industry, with respectable compensation and fairly broad creative leeway. This is a deeply joyful and fulfilling place to work.

Cons

Weekly content releases can sometimes make things a little hectic, but that's a minor complaint. Overall, Pixelberry has a very strong culture for work-life balance and strives to avoid crunch.
