Pros

Friendliest people I’ve ever worked with. Company cares about employees and is proof that a game company can be profitable AND a great place to work.

Cons

Design process is much slower and less efficient than I was used to, given large number of stakeholders. I at times felt unsupported in learning and doing my job. Like most places, your experience will depend on your direct manager.

Pros

Positive, healthy environment filled with a diverse group of fun, welcoming co-workers. Everyone is striving to do their best by the company and by our player base. A fresh breath of air compared with the rest of the game industry. Also, excellent snacks. Yum!

Cons

Be prepared to work hard and wear multiple hats. Not really a con so much as a relevant detail.
