      Great people, plan for growth, great pay and better benefits. Profit sharing is amazing

      Pros

      People are mostly great. Management is very disconnected from reality so you're able to do your work with very few random micro-management interventions. Pay is okay. Benefits are okay. Profit sharing is awesome.

      Cons

      They'll hire a broken toaster and try to get it to make waffles. Seriously, they will hire anyone with a pulse and pawn off their work to the competent people. The front office is about as useful as a box full of dead batteries. They do their jobs at the front end of new projects poorly and blame the end results on the production staff. Skill based pay was a sick joke! 12 hour shifts with mandatory overtime gives no work/life balance.
