The HR team at PlanMember wants to hear what all employees have to say about their experience, including past employees, so we thank you for your comments. We are very proud of PlanMember’s Securities Industry Training Program, which you mention, and we continually improve and expand its curriculum to prepare employees for a successful career in financial services. I would like the chance to learn more about your employment experience at PlanMember and invite you to contact me so we can talk about it.

Pros

Good place to get started in a financial industry. A two year program can get you FINRA licenses and trained you in retirement plans specifically 403(b) plans.

Cons

No appreciation or bonuses for non sales employees. Company politics play a major role in promotions than qualification.
