      Great Place to Begin a Career

      Pros

      Ability to work from anywhere with an internet connection, competitive pay for the industry, excellent benefits package, adaptive and responsive management styles, incredibly supportive and helpful team members.

      Cons

      Sink-or-swim training style, not a whole lot of room for movement/progression due to the nature of the job and skill level required, workloads tend to be unevenly distributed and all-or-nothing.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The culture surrounding Plansource makes it a cool and exciting place to work, and the job itself offers a challenging and refreshing experience. Management is great, and pay is decent also.

      Cons

      Lack of initial training. Other than that, no complaints.

      Pros

      PlanSource provides an outstanding work environment that is the perfect balance between laid back and professional. The company provides a great opportunity to build your experience and career and offers positions internally to make sure you are in a position that you want to be in. Employees are very friendly and welcoming, like to have fun, but know when to focus and get work done. The company accepts that change is necessary and is not afraid to try something new. They provide ample time off, and good health benefits. PlanSource is growing at a phenomenal rate and the future looks bright!

      Cons

      Due to the rapid growth, new hires are expected to learn a lot on their own and be self motivated. The retirement benefits are a bit lacking however the salaries offered are good enough to make up for it. With all the new changes there can be some confusion on what is right, but management does a good job of keeping everything going in the right direction. Work-life balance can be tough at times, with deadlines looming you are expected to keep on schedule however usually there is a period of relief to make up for it after completion.
