As we are in a period of rapid growth, we realize that change is not something that can happen overnight; moreover, as you've highlighted, this can sometimes create apprehension. As a company, we have been through significant change and growth over the last couple of years and that can be challenging. With that growth comes new team members, I believe our team is set up for success to take us to the next level. Yes, we are becoming a more metrics driven organization, without a doubt. While this can be a hard change to adapt to, it can also be a rewarding one, because metrics help us identify when we’re doing a great job and allow us to be recognized for our hard work in an objective manner.
