Thank you for taking the time to submit a review and provide honest feedback. I would like to address a couple of your comments. I certainly do not condone any type of rude behavior from an employee - c-suite or not - and I am sorry that you experienced that behavior while you were at PlanSource. I would strongly encourage any employee that sees or experiences inappropriate behavior to reach out to HR or a member of the executive team. I sincerely see the importance for executive leadership to be visible and am proud that our executive team is approachable and visible. Of course, we can always improve. At the start of the pandemic we began hosting monthly town hall meetings where employees can submit questions and ask anything. This has been very well received and we plan to continue this transparency. Management accountability is critical to success and growth in a company. Earlier this year we revisited our guiding principles as a company and implemented a new one called “Sign your name to it” which means “We step up to the plate, we own our actions, we empower each other, and we get it done.” Lastly, I greatly value our employees and see the tremendous value of promoting from within. Earlier this year we started succession planning across all departments and several areas already have solid plans in place on how to help employees grow, learn and get promoted. Of course, no organization is perfect, but we are striving to improve in these areas. I greatly appreciate the candid feedback and for taking the time to write a review. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Dayne Williams Chief Executive Officer

Pros

Free snacks and drinks. Monthly celebrations.

Cons

Training was poor and employees asked to start implementations before being ready. They can't keep staff thus everyone has work dumped on them from employees leaving. No work life balance as expected to work 80+ hours a week. Too many clients to handle, thus none of them get the true attention they need. Bonus evaluations are laughable, as they nickel and dime you for any little thing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience while you were at PlanSource. I would like to address a couple of your comments mentioned above that we are working on. We have been working this year to evolve our training methodology, process and readiness practices. A few things we have implemented recently are a role-based training path, new courses for employees to reference and a tenured mentor assigned to new employees to assist with questions. I believe these new practices will help improve our training process. Work-life balance is an important part of our culture at PlanSource. The professional services team are assigned projects based on availability and skillset. We have re-organized roles this year to ensure projects are staffed with tenured individuals who can offer guidance. We certainly would never ask or want an employee working 80 hours a week. Lastly, we are invested in developing our talent by creating an environment that our employees can achieve in and providing them with opportunities to attain growth from their experience at PlanSource. Thank you again for submitting a review. Lisa Van Ever, SVP, Professional Services
