pros are working from home due to pandemic

Cons

everything from the CEO, to management are a disgrace. They promise work life balance and promotions but rather let other leave that are valuable. This company changed and became greedy thinking of cutting hard workers and culture is horrible.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we said goodbye to some great people and that was an extremely difficult decision for the leadership team and not something we anticipated nor was it taken lightly. As a leadership team and company we do strive and promote work/life balance and we encourage employees who feel they are not achieving that to address that with their manager or HR. A good place to start a career, but not have a career

Pros

- Solid teammates for the most part. - Starting pay is good for the Orlando area. - Benefits were sufficient. - Individuals were amicable and agreeable. - Culture is fairly diverse, inside of Orlando. - A lot of good people.

Cons

- Environment/Culture changes hurt staff. - Culture between Salt Lake, and Orlando caused issues. - No promising career advancement. - Communication between Senior/managers was weak a majority of the time. - Training often times insufficient. - Transparency was nonexistant. - Policy and Procedure was often in limbo, and caused many SoP discrepancies. - Senior Management often bent too far in favor of stake holders. - Success largely dependent on how your manager "felt" about your performance, and not actual performance.
