Inspiring Place to Work

Pros

I appreciate the emphasis on working towards our mission and respecting our core values. I think that makes the culture really aspirational and open. Overall it's a really positive place to work and I feel like my opinion matters. I've been an author for 3 years so I work on creating courses and also have input on new products. I really enjoy what I do.

Cons

I was hired as part of Code School right after they were acquired by Pluralsight. So there has been a lot of transition into what Code School inside of Pluralsight looks like. From that transition, the Code School office shut down and all of the employees have relocated or are remote. I like being a remote employee and they really support remote culture at Pluralsight. The con is that being remote you can feel disconnected so it takes extra effort to stay involved.

Thanks so much for this review. I can imagine you went through a lot of changes with the acquisition of Code School and am delighted to hear that your experience has been great despite the changes. Thanks for you contribution to our product and to the team in general! - Anita

Pros

Pluralsight provides me with everything I need to succeed in my role as an Enterprise Account Executive. My manager is supportive and allows me the autonomy to work my patch the way I want to. The product is best I have ever sold from the perspective of truly being able to satisfy the needs of our customers and prospects. Pluralsight is continually innovating to ensure that we have the best platform in technology training. The benefits are AMAZING and the compensation is competitive.

Cons

There is no such thing as a perfect company.

Pros

Good market, good product, pretty good culture.

Cons

Adaptability of the company as a whole isn't really up to what you'd expect with a top performing organization, across the board.
