Pros

Amazing growth and learning curve Amazing people Amazing work culture Amazing pay Amazing perks and benefits

Cons

Sometimes you may feel the product lacks vision especially Flow which has major layoffs recently At times there is a bit of problem when working with certain people in US who are having a lot of Stereotyping Bias and Confirmation Bias towards Indians where they think we are not good enough or unreliable

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m glad to hear you’ve had such a positive experience with the growth opportunities, work culture, and benefits at Pluralsight. Regarding your concern about unconscious bias, I encourage you to speak with your leader or People Business Partner so they can gain additional context and provide support. What you’ve described is not the culture we strive to foster, and we take this feedback seriously as we continue to strengthen inclusivity and collaboration across our global teams. I’ve raised this review to our Glassdoor Feedback team and we’ve come up with some action items to ensure team members across the globe feel equally respected and valued. If you would like to provide additional thoughts or feedback on this review to help us improve, please reach out to your People Business Partner. Thank you again for sharing your insights. - Beckey Woodard Cole (Chief People Officer)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you’ve had great experiences with the people at Pluralsight and feel well compensated. While we’ve welcomed several new leaders to the C-suite, these changes have been made with a clear purpose: to build a more customer-focused business positioned for long-term growth. I understand that this level of change can feel disruptive, but we now have a strong strategy in place and are focused on creating a more aligned and consistent environment to drive success for both our team members and customers. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss your experience further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. I’d love to connect. - Beckey Woodard Cole
