Pros

Good people in front line leadership and IC roles. Decent pay and flexible time off policy.

Cons

So much negative change in the last several years. Complete turn over of all C level executives, some roles turning over 2-3 times in the last years. No clear goals and continued shift in company objectives.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you had a positive experience with our front-line leaders and team members and that you found our pay and time-off policies to be beneficial. I recognize that the amount of change over the past few years has been difficult. While we’ve seen leadership transitions, we have a clear strategy, new pricing and packaging, and a leadership team committed to aligning our goals and driving success for both our employees and customers. We appreciate the time you spent at Pluralsight and wish you all the best in your next chapter. - Beckey Woodard Cole

Pros

Salary and benefits are competitive.

Cons

The priority of goals is constantly shifting. Shifting drastically to the point that it isn't easy to achieve goals.

Pros

You've read it countless times in previous reviews - the people at Pluralsight continue to be great.

Cons

Continual leadership changes, coupled with a weaker product and an extremely competitive marketplace is continuing to make life difficult here. If interviewing within the Success org, take special care to scope out your hiring manager, as the Directors have all been replaced with 'people-manager' drones that lack any understanding of the customer journey or "why" customers buy.
