Pros
You'll work with lots of elite trainers. Your clients are smart and eager to learn. Your schedule is filled for you based on your availability. Opportunity to go full-time (30 hours per week) with paid time off and company holidays, as well as medical benefits.
Cons
Pay is not nearly what it should be compared to "elite" level trainers at other gyms in the area. You're not allowed to make sales so you're left to the manager to fill your schedule. Your clients will go out of town pretty frequently and there is no good way to fill their spot while they are gone.
