      You will love your co-workers and your team makes the job somewhat worth it.

      Pay is awful, upper management doesn't really care about you or your growth, you're just another number to them, company culture is completely outdated.

      Hiring challenges Low salaries and recruiting was difficult because exercise specialist positions are low paying Boss was challenging Only received a 2% raise despite bringing in new business for client Removed individuality from continuing education with employer required education Lots of busy work and red tape to get things done
